      The Position: Client Communication Coordinator

      This non-exempt full-time position’s overall objective is to provide a welcoming experience for clients while providing excellent customer service and administrative support for Academic Approach team members. The ideal candidate will be critical in providing exemplary experience for Academic Approach clients and colleagues, an experience that is associated with the Chicago area’s premier tutoring organization. The position also requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Work location is remote, but we are currently only able to consider candidates who reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, SC, TN, TX, WI.

      Compensation and Benefits

      Annual Salary: $50,000 plus up to $1500 in annual bonuses

      Academic Approach offers a competitive benefits package and a dynamic work environment. Benefits include health, dental, and vision benefits, up to 10 days of accruable vacation per year, 5 sick days per year, 4 half days per year, 2 personal days per year, 1 community service day per year, 401(k) participation after one year of employment, and paid parental leave.

      The Client Communications Coordinator will report to the Regional Director.

      As the Client Communication Coordinator, you will have the following job responsibilities:

      Program & Client Services
      • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls on multi-line phone
      • Answer administrative questions for current clients and tutors
      • Accurately enter client data into CRM system
      • Coordinate and schedule meetings between internal and external stakeholders
      • Conduct outbound calls based on seasonal initiatives determined to support the One-on-One and School Programs departments
      Office Administration
      • Manage tutoring rooms and booking process
      • Assist in testing signups and questions
      • Perform basic data entry projects, accounts receivable work, and customer service to support Finance department
      Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice
