What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all aspects of all health and wellness programs
- Handle the back-end set up and configuration for clients making changes to their programs
- Work with Client Success Managers to determine the best set up for each client
- Provide support to Client Success Managers for all applications
- Respond to and resolve routine requests and questions while seeking assistance for more complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a related discipline
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, marketing, account management, or related customer service position
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
