      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect and nurture leads to drive revenue goals by scheduling meetings and closing customers
      - Take ownership of the sales funnel from start to finish, motivated to achieve success independently
      - Build best practices around lead flow to efficiently transition clients from prospects to paying customers
      - Develop scalable strategies for the New Business Development team to enhance lead flow processes
      - Collaborate with the Director of Client Development to foster client relationships and convey value propositions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development at a Fintech company or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)
      - Strong relationship-oriented mindset with a credible and trustworthy approach
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fully remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot
      - Series 65 licensed or willingness to obtain the license within the first 60 days of employment
      - Ability to recognize and seize opportunities proactively
      - Experience working in a start-up environment with a focus on fiduciary responsibility
      - Strong quantitative sales mindset with a data-driven approach
