What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the set-up and scheduling of virtual alternative dispute resolution services, including session management and client support
- Complete administrative tasks, including case management support, data entry, and cross-departmental assistance
- Provide ongoing support to panelists and clients during virtual sessions, including troubleshooting technical issues
- Adapt and incorporate new initiatives and protocols into daily tasks and responsibilities
- Facilitate e-signature processes for settlement agreements and conduct virtual technical sessions for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or alternative dispute resolution role
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal and client service role
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Information Technology, audio, video, and video conferencing
- Proven ability as a Client Experience Coordinator for less than 1 year for internal candidates
- Proficiency in operating virtual media software and connecting to Zoom sessions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with multimedia support tools (e.g., HDMI connections, Creston)
- Knowledge of the legal industry and terminology
- Experience in training or mentoring roles within a virtual environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adaptability to new technologies and software used in virtual dispute resolution
