What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the setup and scheduling of virtual alternative dispute resolution services and manage breakout room logistics
- Complete administrative tasks, including case management support, data entry, and assisting with virtual events
- Provide ongoing support to panelists and clients, troubleshooting technical issues during sessions
- Partner with management to train and develop new moderators and panelists on virtual ADR platforms
- Facilitate e-signature processes for settlement agreements and conduct basic Zoom training for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or alternative dispute resolution role
- Proficiency in operating virtual media software and connecting audio to video calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of the legal industry and terminology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in a legal and client service role
- 2-3 years of experience with Information Technology and video conferencing tools
- Less than 1 year of experience as a Client Experience Coordinator for internal candidates
- Prior experience with multimedia support, including Zoom and HDMI connections
