Job Description

- Provide Production Leadership Team with analysis of key client P&L metrics and recommendations to drive improvement.
- Partner with client leads to develop and implement strategies to drive client profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Partner with the CFD to oversee the month-end revenue recognition and client related expense accrual process.
- Oversee client specific reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Partner closely with Publicis Groupe agencies on consolidated reporting and develops efficient processes to meet client needs.
- Partner with the CFD to develop pricing strategy and prepare pricing proposals.
- Partner with other Publicis entities on consolidated compensation proposals.
- Supports new business efforts.
- Maintains a consolidated record of client agreements.
- Partner with CFD on developing financial terms for client contracts.
- Partner with client leads and legal to draft client agreements.
- Ensure Agency follows current contractual guidelines including client reporting.
- Supervises and mentors two Financial Analysts
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in client finance, FP&A, or related
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in an Advertising Agency, Production Studio, or similar environment
- Preferred 2+ years of managerial experience, overseeing the work of finance analysts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivation to work independently
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using HFM, SmartView, SAP, or other finance and accounting software
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience working in a cross-functional role

***This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office) that can be based in our Chicago (358 W. Ontario) or NYC (375 Hudson) office***
Summary and Scope of Position:
The Client Finance Manager (CFM) is a financial business partner to the Publicis Production Leadership Team reporting directly to the Client Finance Director(CFD). The CFM is responsible for client related finance matters including compensation methodology, client reporting, revenue recognition, client profitability analysis and contract compliance.

Compensation Range: $70,000.00- $117,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
