Job Description

- Support Business Development (BD) and work as an internal resource to provide requested information.
- Draft study designs and send them through costing.
- Provide data entry support to pertinent system (i.e., Sales Force); generate necessary reports from data for tracking proposal activities.
- Responsible to provide our general timing for new inquiries to Business Development
- Coordinates with operational groups to determine project schedules that will meet both client’s requested timing and internal resources when general timing does not meet the client’s needs.
- Coordinate and confirm study start timing for confirmed studies and communicate to Business Development, Study Director (SD) and Principle Investigator
- Assist in maintaining estimated study initiation, completion and report timing to be current according to Protocols, Amendments/Amended Protocols and other applicable information in the database.Arrange client visits. Host visits for new clients and new business opportunities, and provide a facility tour, if requested.

- Work directly with with clients to answer questions on proposals.
- Coordinates with operational groups to determine project schedules that will meet both client’s requested timing and internal resources when general timing does not meet the client’s needs.
- Coordinate and confirm study start timing for confirmed studies and communicate to Business Development, Client Manager, Study Director (SD) and Principle Investigator.
- Assist in maintaining estimated study initiation, completion and report timing to be current according to Protocols, Amendments/Amended Protocols and other applicable information in the database.
- Arrange client visits for new clients and new business opportunities.
- Work as a conduit to ensure key information on the client’s program will be shard and clearly communicated among the organization.
- Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including authorship of agendas and meeting notes.
- Proactively seek solutions to potential issues that may delay the program.
- Monitor scope changes of a study and provide associated budget in a timely manner.
- Monitor timely contract, contract modification and invoice issuance.
- Increase customer satisfaction.
- Work with Project Manager(s) to provide a consistent process to manage client’s projects and expectations.
- B.A./B.S. specializing in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
- 3+ years of related experience in Customer Service, Business Development or Project Management with training in the biotech, Pharmaceutical or CRO industries.
- PMP is a plus, but not required.
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office required, and SalesForce preferred.
- Ability toread and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, software manuals, study documents and procedure manuals. The ability to write routine reports and
- correspondence. The ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Client Manager, Client Services main functions of this position would be responsible for; introducing the company’s capabilities while understanding the client's needs; and coordinating and generating schedules for inquiries. Tracking study progress for the entire lifecycle of project through finalization; reviewing Protocols and Amendments/Amended Protocols for changes affecting schedule and budget; and maintaining appropriate databases. Work cross functionally with all departments to ensure project’s success.

The pay range estimated for this position is $63,000 to 90,000.00. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
