- Manage clear expectations and understanding by establishing clear timelines and managing documentation requirements.
- Take ownership of internal communication and status updates to partners / clients
- Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making.
- Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Escalate and resolve of issues in timely manner
- Record observations & escalate wherever necessary.
- Identify gaps/exceptions and recommending possible solutions.
- Manage Project Management by handling multiple requests at the same time.
- Demonstrate ability to independently manage conflict and mobilize internal resources to resolve issues.
- Help client and internal teams to setup product as per the requirement.
- Strong Verbal and written communication
- Excellent logical, analytical skills and attention to details
- Excellent in managing multiple work requests. Good sense of Time & Work management
- Strong Experience in Mainframe Testing or Transmission File Testing
- Good understanding of System, Regression or UAT Testing
- Good understanding of SQL queries.
- Creation of Test cases and Test Scenarios.
- Good understanding of Test Automation Tools – Like VBA, Selenium etc.
- Knowledge of Python/Java language.
- Knowledge of UI Path Tool for workflow automation
- Engineering degree holder with minimum 3+ years of experience in Bank, Financial services, Treasury product implementation with Technical Background.

Job Summary
As a Testing Mainframe Analyst in our technical team, you will be required to have a good understanding and working knowledge of mainframe, File validation, and Testing. You will work closely with onshore Tech teams as well as Tech teams from Clients side to perform product setup in testing as well as production Environment. A willingness to work in Evening / Night shifts is necessary. You will also facilitate discussions with the client to understand requirements. Understanding of US and Canada treasury products will be an added advantage.
