- Manage client reporting that provides value to your assigned clients
- Resolve customer issues
- Analyze campaign data and effectively communicate results and insights internally and externally
- Coordinate and maintain ad campaigns using the Company's first party data and a variety of tools/technologies that are integrated with the Company's lead generation and display platforms.
- Join campaign kick-off calls to align on campaign strategy
- Recommend effective optimization and delivery adjustments to improve campaign performance.
- Turn campaign data into actionable intelligence and provide partners with solutions to meet their technical and business goals
- Develop client specific lead generation strategies
- Communicate with internal departments on status of campaigns, escalate issues, and provide updates at critical milestones and when delays occur.
- Document and relay technical requirements to software engineers.
- Proactively identify optimization and upsell opportunities of ML products and services and make recommendations to assigned Sales Executives.
- Support Customer Success Managers and Sales Executives through scheduled and proactive provisioning of data, findings, observations, and action items.
- Respond in a timely manner to general and specialized client requests, including payment, reporting, implementations and product-related questions.
- Partner with Delivery Operations team to ensure client instructions and assets are correctly implemented.
- Assist in troubleshooting any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting.
- Monitor scheduling and delivery of campaigns using multiple ad trafficking systems.
- Responsible for testing and signoff of all campaign elements.
- Own the applications setup and operational execution for display advertising and lead generation campaigns
- Partner with assigned POD and Sales Executive(s) to assess system optimization strategies, implementation and deployment timelines, and other day to day activities related to the campaign setup for B2B advertising clients
- Build relationships with assigned POD and Sales Executive(s) to create a constant flow of communication and ensure a seamless handoff from campaign implementation to delivery
- Gather reporting for the campaigns launched throughout their life cycle to provide to the Customer Success Manager and/or Sales Executive which highlight insights and data to make deals sticky
- Become an integration & implementation expert, learning the ins and outs of lead delivery and the many other integrations we offer our clients
- Serve as the liaison between client’s expectations and internal system capabilities
- Participate in on-boarding calls with clients to understand their needs.
- Format leads per templates provided by Madison Logic
- Convert lead files to appropriate formats
- Load leads into Madison Logic's partner's proprietary tools
- Provide a summary report of all actioned leads and highlight any discrepancies
- Ability to work one of the following shifts: US EST Shift Timing (6:30pm – 3:30am Local Time), US PST Shift Timing (9:30pm - 6:30pm IST), Singapore Shift Timing (6:30AM - 3:30pm local time) Required
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and possessing a clear and concise communication style
- University Degree and 1+ year of experience in data analytics, campaign operations, or client services OR 2+ years of experience in data analytics, campaign operations, or client services
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- 1+years’ experience with Salesforce
- 1+years’ experience with 2 or more of the following preferred: Google Analytics, Integrate, Marketo, Covertr, Eloqua, DSPs, SSPs
- Self-Sufficient and proactive nature, able & comfortable "figuring things out", resorting to escalation only when after exhausting all other options
- Strong sense of urgency required
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear & concise manner
- Digital advertising and/or marketing technology knowledge a plus
- Team focused and motivated to help
- Ability to work towards goals on an individual and team level
- Comfortable with change
- Naturally comfortable and effective communicating with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization one on one or through group presentations
- Must thrive at multi-tasking, naturally comfortable at managing multiple, competing priorities

- Have a natural curiosity to understand how to develop and increase data delivery to top tier accounts

About the Role:
As an Associate Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for meeting established SLAs in providing Madison Logic’s B2B clients with top tier service. You will collaborate proactively across all internal teams to ensure high-quality and flawless onboarding, execution, and support experiences. This is an Individual Contributor position.
