      We are seeking a dedicated professional with a solid understanding and practical experience in mainframe systems, file validation, and testing. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both our onshore technology teams and client-side tech teams to execute product setups in both testing and production environments. A key aspect of this position is the ability to facilitate discussions with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements. The role requires flexibility to work evening or night shifts.

      Job Summary

      As a Testing Mainframe - Analyst in our Bangalore team, you will be responsible for understanding and working with mainframe, File validation and Testing. You will work closely with onshore Tech teams as well as Tech teams from Clients side to perform product setup in testing as well as production Environment. This role requires a willingness to work in Evening / Night shifts and a good understanding of US and Canada treasury products.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Exhibit ownership and ensure client satisfaction.
      • Manage expectations by establishing clear timelines and documentation requirements.
      • Communicate internally and provide status updates to partners and clients.
      • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and sound judgment in decision-making.
      • Adhere to policies and procedures, meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLA).
      • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
      • Record observations and escalate when necessary.
      • Identify gaps and exceptions, recommending possible solutions.
      • Handle multiple requests simultaneously through effective project management.
      • Demonstrate the ability to independently manage conflict and mobilize resources.
      • Assist clients and internal teams in setting up products according to requirements.

      Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

      • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Apply excellent logical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
      • Manage multiple work requests efficiently with a good sense of time and work management.
      • Leverage strong experience in mainframe or transmission file testing.
      • Utilize a good understanding of system, regression, or UAT testing.
      • Create comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
      • Hold an engineering degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury product implementation with a technical background.
