Lead and execute client onboarding cash implementation deals/projects
Ensure customer queries are answered in the most efficient way possible, acting as the clients “Single Point of Contact” and engage with Global partners where necessary to meet our client’s requirements
Attend regular conference calls with customers to provide updates on the deal status
Accurately report deals/project status, escalating effectively for “on hold” and slow-moving deals
Continuously reduce onboarding and implementation cycle time, minimize deal slippage and associated revenue conversion lead time
Work with Relationship Management, Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operations to ensure client satisfaction - navigate bank on behalf of client, leveraging Citi's global resources and escalation channels as required to ensure smooth delivery
Effective maintenance and communication of management information systems and project metrics. Provide ongoing senior management updates on key projects as required.
3-5+ years of relevant Corporate Customer Service, KYC, Financial Client Onboarding and/or Project Management experience is a must
Knowledge of Cash Management Product, Treasure Management and/or Financial Institutions is highly desirable
English (mandatory) and preferably knowledge of one of the following: Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian
Experience in a process driven, documentation or legal environment preferable
Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships
Strong investigative and analytical skills
Ability to work independently within a team environment and strong solutioning mindset

The EMEA Trade and Treasure Services (TTS) Onboarding Team is responsible for account opening, account maintenance, product implementation, and onboarding of all Cash Management products across the Citi Treasury and Trade product suite. We are a team that is obsessed about providing a positive onboarding experience for our clients.
As Onboarding Manager you will be responsible for engaging with both clients and internal stakeholders as part of the Onboarding team on Account Opening and Product Implementation processes. You will be responsible for delivering on your own portfolio of client onboarding projects, working directly with specific Commercial Banking clients and their treasury organizations.
