      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary liaison for day-to-day operations and program support for assigned clients
      - Provide strategic thought around process and implementation of programs from a compliance perspective
      - Maintain client tracking and manage client reference materials in the knowledge base
      - Consult with clients to identify operational topics related to their programs and overall accounts
      - Manage client employee escalations and appeals while supporting client programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required or comparable experience
      - 4-6 years of related work experience required
      - Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience working in a virtual collaborative environment
      - Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated and detail-oriented

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the applicable degree
      - Previous experience managing multiple clients effectively
      - Familiarity with compliance concerns in a client partnership context
      - Experience with operational change orders and client project rollouts
      - Willingness to travel as required
