- Remuneration: £28,000 - £32,000

- To liaise with the Responsible Business Solutions manager with regards to customer queries, complaints, meetings and invoice queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved
- Train and mentor teams to pick up on-board clients and businesses
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of new or extended programmes, ensuring on-time completion
- Act as a direct contact where appropriate. This might include technical assistance and coordination with internal and external bodies
- Implement standard operating processes and strategies specific to client needs
- Assist in the recovery of all outstanding client and affiliate debt
- Effectively manage the audits in the relevant platform to ensure utilisation and client specific targets are met
- To liaise with the RBS Manager with regards to customer queries, complaints, meetings and invoice queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
- You’ll have experience of developing and monitoring KPI’s to ensure customer service objectives are being met
- Experience with MS Office, Outlook and other software
- Understanding of industry requirements
- Experience of using spreadsheets and databases in a working capacity
- Experience of producing professional written communications
- Experience in delivery of social and / or technical audit programmes
- Experience of training / mentoring

Job Description
As a Client Project Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of existing programmes whilst also providing support during periods of change. This may include on boarding new services, new customers and /or facilitating the extension of existing agreements. You’ll facilitate the efficient planning and scheduling of work with affiliates and auditors as required by the programme, and work with the team to achieve business objectives and targets.
