Manage a high volume of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc client deliverables individually and in partnership with the other Client Service teams.
Field on-going client inquiries and requests regarding portfolio information, compliance information, and fund information.
Review and respond to monthly, quarterly, and/or annual sub-advised compliance requests/certifications.
Complete/review RFIs, RFPs, custom reports and compliance reports for Mutual Fund, Insurance & Sub Advised clients.
Preparation and submission of responses to clients regarding Due Diligence Questionnaire, Portfolio Manager Commentaries, Product Profiles, Attributions and Performance Summaries etc.
Actively perform Client Certification functions on a monthly & quarterly basis with accuracy.
Coordinate and conduct Compliance/Operations due diligence meetings for assigned clients (usually at Franklin Templeton sites or via teleconference).
Should be pro-active in escalating issues/concerns/delays to Manager with regard to client issues and deliverables and is expected to be vocal at all times.
Research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes.
Assist with the client communication process relative to product updates and launches with a knowledgeable, systematic and efficient approach.
Provide regular updates regarding status of business initiatives, special projects, and support tasks.
Collaborate with CSM-BD team in their effort to support the Strategic Account Manager(s) to author business plans, strategy presentations and client partnership updates.
Function as an extension of the Strategic Account Manager and CSM-BD team when partnering with internal functional areas always advocating for the client, anticipating their needs and continuously working to evolve the overall client experience.
Coordinate and potentially participate in client events including Franklin Templeton hosted due diligence meetings, road shows, partner firm conferences, client conference calls/webinars. Attend client conferences/meetings upon request.
Obtain in-depth knowledge of assigned partner firms, including but not limited to, understanding platforms, product availability, pending shelf space opportunities, firm research themes, distribution structure, compliance landscapes, approval processes and meeting guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3+ years industry experience preferred, with a meaningful understanding of the investment industry.
Motivated self-starter who can deal with changing requirements in a fast-paced environment; able to creatively implement strategic and tactical initiatives.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
A team player with outstanding interpersonal, time management and efficiency skills.
Comfortable with managing a high volume of requests with timely turnaround.
Strong technical skills utilizing MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong working knowledge of FT internal systems including Seismic, Dynamics, etc.
Utilize PowerBI dashboards to generate reports for Sales, Product and year over year measurement.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Client Relations Analyst?
The Client Relations Analyst supports the day-to-day needs of the Business Analysts in Hyderabad, Sub-advisory Client Relations Managers and the Client Service -Business Development Managers. The role will primarily support each group during periods of high volume of client requests, assigned projects, and will own certain processes as well. Ultimately, the goal of the overall group and this role is to fully support the Strategic Account Managers and the home office contacts at our client firms while managing strategic and tactical initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with high client service standards and who always puts team success first. This position will be hybrid and can work from any Franklin Templeton location – flexibility to travel to other locations as needed is preferred.

The Strategic Account Management team is responsible for building relationships with key individuals at our client firms, gaining inclusion of Franklin Templeton products on platforms, creating bespoke product solutions for our clients, finding new and creative ways to grow and diversify the business, and gaining visibility at firm and industry events to showcase Franklin Templeton’s thought leadership and world-class products.

We expect the salary for this position to range between $71,400- $92,600
