      Join us as a Client Relationship Director

      • Join us in NatWest Trustee & Depositary Services (NWTDS) to support our client relationship function and build strong relationships with asset fund management clients
      • We'll look to you to deliver outstanding client service, leveraging the expertise and knowledge of the business

      What you'll do

      In your new role, you'll be joining a market leading independent depositary with an 80 year track record to help us deepen our relationships with asset management clients and open new opportunities for them through our innovative new data driven depositary model.

      You'll manage and develop a defined portfolio of customers within NWTDS to achieve stretched targets, and support profitable business growth from a customer base, in line with our strategic goals.

      Additionally, you’ll be:

      • Building relationships internally and externally, to enhance the profile of the business in support of business development
      • Acting as a role model and coaching others
      • Delivering outstanding client service and fair outcomes in line with the target client experience and strategy
      • Owning and managing risks which exist, ensuring mechanisms are in place to identify, report, manage and mitigate risk within a defined risk appetite

      The skills you'll need

      We're looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of the funds services and collective investment schemes, and have experience of managing a complex risk agenda. Along with this, you’ll exercise good relationship management, selling and influencing skills.

      We'll also expect you to have:

      • An understanding of the market and client bases across the whole business
      • Experience in external client exposure with strong influencing skills
      • A proven track record in delivering financial targets
      • Good verbal and written communication skills
