      The Client Relationship Liaison is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to clients and SimpliFi Client Relationship Managers. The Client Relationship Liaison is responsible for qualifying placement opportunities, posting orders, completing profile screening and onboarding support, creating and distributing activity and performance reports, providing follow-up initiatives, and customer service. The Client Relationship Liaison is required to meet and develop relationships with hiring managers in SimpliFi facilities as directed by the Client Relationship Manager.

      Here's what you'll be doing:

      • Develop knowledge of VMS technology for management and client configurations, staffing processes, candidate onboarding and general customer support of the VMS to internal and external customers
      • Review and prescreen profiles to ensure accuracy and completion
      • Manage, upload, and distribute facility onboarding documents, as directed
      • Manage the creation and distribution of periodic activity and performance reports, as directed
      • Support the development, communication, and aggregation of responses and creation of reports for SimpliFi customer satisfaction surveys with clients, healthcare providers and staffing partners
      • Ensure the accuracy of open contracts and statuses in the VMS
      • Maintain communication with staffing suppliers on status of open contracts, decline reasoning, and extensions
      • Maintain exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients by providing prompt and proactive follow up/responsiveness
      • Provide coverage for SimpliFi Client Relationship team members, as needed
      • Assist Implementations team with any tasks associated with the implementation of a new or existing account
      • Assist in researching parameters influencing SimpliFi staffing and operational processes
      • Assist with the development and review of periodic performance reports
      • Assist in identifying opportunities for SimpliFi program improvements

      Here's what we are looking for:

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • 1 year of experience in a customer facing position
      • Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet
      • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency at all times
      • Ability to speak effectively and present information before employees of organization in an engaging and professional manner
      • Ability to read, interpret and update (write) documents such as job descriptions, employee communications, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
      • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
      • Ability to compute rates and percentages, in addition to basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
      • Must be self-sufficient, resourceful, and able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; and exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and make recommendations.
      • Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
      • Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude under stress
      • Excellent verbal and written grammar skills

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Healthcare industry experience
      • Knowledge of hospital systems, medical terminology and/or healthcare services
      • Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS)
      • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, etc.)

      Compensation:

      The base salary range for this role is $23.83- $27.40/per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
