      Job Summary:

      This job is responsible for developing reports to support management decision making. Key responsibilities include performing all phases of the report development process including participating in client meetings to understand needs and develop requirements, performing data research and data discovery, data sourcing including data automation, creating report visualizations, and managing report deployment including user on-boarding. Job expectations include developing, maintaining, or enhancing components of large reporting platforms to deliver comprehensive end-to-end reporting solutions.

      Performance Reporting and Information is responsible for increasing the ability of contact centers to effectively use new and existing data, and for articulating the analysis of that data to the people who need the information, including executives, leaders, associates, and various business partners. Our commitment is to provide an accurate and transparent representation for all data views, which will be used to optimize our shareholder, client, and/or associate experiences.

      The analyst will be responsible for end-to-end report development for various contact center partners ranging from Executives to Team Leads. This position requires a strong command of various data mining and advanced analytical techniques to produce user friendly analytical and reporting solutions.

      Responsibilities:

      • Designs, develops, and maintains innovative automated reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Business Intelligence tools including Tableau and Alteryx

      • Designs, develops, and maintains automated data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes from various database platforms, storing data in ‘Fit for Use’ relational tables

      • Analyzes disparate database sources including relational structures, dimensional data models, and cubes

      • Designs and builds relational data models to support the development of actionable reports, dashboards, and scorecards

      • Partners with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications

      • Creates and maintains required standard documentation including metadata, detailed workflows documenting program, and desktop procedures

      • Works collaboratively in a cross-functional team, learns from colleagues, and provides routine updates on calls related to projects

      Required Qualifications:

      • A desire to work with data spanning multiple technologies and business purposes
      • A Passion for SQL
      • An ability to work independently to learn and take on new challenges
      • Experience in designing Tableau dashboards and visualizations that align to business requirements
      • Experience working with technology and data teams
      • Financial Services and/or Contact Center business acumen
      • Strong interpersonal skills required to interact with a broad range of stakeholders, partners, and personalities
      • Microsoft Office skills (Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      • Advanced Technical, Analytical and Problem solving skills
      • Engages and invests in a positive culture of reward and recognition

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Alteryx experience
      • NICE IEX WFM experience
      • Experience with Contact Center technologies and data teams: CCAT, MCCA
      • Data analytics modeling background
      • Demonstrated analytical experience utilizing SAS
      • Process improvement expertise; Six Sigma certification
