      Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

      • Open a case for every inquiry, including those that can be resolved during the first call or e-mail, as well as inquiries that require substantive research or a response
      • Ensure accuracy in processing and responding within service level guidelines
      • Assist and resolve retirement plan participant requests and issues:
        • Obtain account information
        • Answer questions
        • Execute transactions
        • Respond to plan questions
        • Process benefit payments
      • Additional responsibilities as assigned

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Zero to Two years of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry
      • Proficient use of applicable technology
      • Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      • Experience with digital data management/filling system is an asset
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
      • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
      • Ability to follow standard procedures
      • Ability to work cooperatively with others
      • Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders

      The hourly rate for this job in this market is $17.50-$19.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
