Job Description
- Req#: REQ-18233
- Monitor and process fund subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers and liaise with Fund administrator
- Update CRM/investor database
- Liaise with internal compliance/legal/operations/accounting teams
- Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information
- Update fund information in databases
- Conduct Compliance checks (e.g., AML, CFTC) on prospective and existing investors
- Assist with completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires and RFPs
- Assist in preparation of marketing materials
- Prepare internal and external reports in Excel to analyze investor base, asset flows, etc.
- Respond to investor emails and phone calls on a daily basis
- Bachelors’ Degree required
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role at an asset management firm or hedge fund preferred
- Excellent, planning and organizational skills
- Strong outlook, excel, word and power point skills
- Detail-oriented
- Client-service focused
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a time sensitive environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Qualifications/Skills Required
The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
