What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide in-force policy and plan servicing to maintain client relationships
- Participate in enrollments for COLI and voluntary plans
- Track premiums, manage invoicing, and allocate funds
- Handle client and advisor requests, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Collect and analyze data, producing policy summaries and performance reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the life insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree and life insurance license required
- Experience in client service and new business processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with critical thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with plan administration and multi-life or non-qualified plans
- Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses preferred; employer will sponsor for obtaining
- A demonstrated strong client service mindset
