      Job Description:

      Overview:

      Trust and Agency Services in Italy provides Trustee and Agency services to Corporate and Financial Institution issuers for short and long-term debt issuances and financings, with a focus on structured finance, conventional debt, project finance and specialized services such as business escrows.

      The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for:

      • Managing a diverse portfolio of existing ABS/Bond/Escrow transactions
      • Managing a dedicated client base, with a view to enhance existing relationships through improved service and develop a service model and reputation that attracts new clients
      • Supporting the implementation process of new deals, including internal/external set up and documentation review, in conjunction with internal Teams and various external counterparties involved (Euronext Milan, Bank of Italy, Law Firms and Rating Agencies)
      • Dealing with external and internal stakeholders to efficiently and effectively serve TAS clients
      • Overseeing the completion of client onboarding/KYC packs procedures for both new clients and existing clients, in case of KYC reviews
      • Execution of cash and securities instructions to be actioned by Operations in relation to existing transactions
      • Preparation and distribution of Investor Reports to clients within the timeframe stated in the transaction documents
      • Monitoring compliance tests and trigger events, within the timeframe set out in transactions documents
      • Fee Billing activity monitoring
      • Timely escalation of clients queries
      • Any other duties or projects as required

      Skills and Experience:

      • Degree in Economics or Law
      • 4/6 years of experience in similar role
      • Able to join and onboard quickly and establish positive relationships with the team
      • Resilient to fast paced environment, able to work well under pressure
      • Good communication and negotiation skills
      • Personal development attitude
      • Ability to contribute to the success of the team
      • Fluent in English
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tool
