Post-Secondary education (College or University)
2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

When our clients have a questions, we need an exceptional Client Service Billing Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards.
The most important characteristics for our CSBR’s are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you’ll be the go to person in the office for questions from your colleagues. The CSBR will be providing front line communication support with our external customer calls as it relates to Billing enquires
