      Sanlam is a leading Financial Services Institution, which provides services in the fields of Individual Life Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Unit Trusts and Asset Management.       What will you do?

      The purpose of this position is to effectively deal with customer queries regarding individual insurance and investments. The promotion of the Sanlam brand through outstanding client service and finalising of policy administration tasks within service level agreement.

      Handling of client enquiries effectively and timeously within service level agreement.
      The promotion of the Sanlam brand through outstanding client service
      Effective administration of workflow
      Processing of claims and maintenance of policies
      Meet the rules of compliance

      Qualification and Experience

      Grade 12 or Equivalent.
      Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a client service environment.
      Experience in the life insurance industry will be an added advantage.
      Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written)
      One local Namibian language will be an added advantage

      Knowledge and Skills

      Product knowledge and operating systems of all products on Legacy, Sanlam Affluent products; Entry Level Market products and Sanlam Funeral on TE and Santam Product, Class and Regent.
      Unit trust forms completion and basic understanding of system & products.
      Basic understanding of Sanlam Personal Portfolio (SP2) and Sanlam RSA life insurance products.
      Communication Skills
      Computer literate: Microsoft Office; Outlook

      Turnaround time
