      Job Specification

      • Providing quality service and client care.

      • Providing product and portfolio information to Customers.

      • Processing benefit payments and policy amendments on customers portfolio.

      • Handling all general queries.

      • Administering client information.

      • Performing general office functions.

      • Retain business and identify possible sales leads.

      • Accountable for service delivery through own efforts; and

      • Living the company values.

      Minimum Requirements

      • Namibian citizenship.

      • Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points.

      • Know Old Mutual Values.

      • A tertiary qualification will be an advantage.

      • Approximately 1 – 2 years customer experience.

      • Experience in the local vernacular will be an added benefit.

      • Ability to multi-task, solid administrative skills, set priorities and manage time effectively.

      • Customer focus and the ability to work with different personality types.

      • Well organised, attention to detail and a self-starter.

      • Excellent client-care skills.

      • Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint are essential.

      • Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional image.
