Providing quality service and client care.
Providing product and portfolio information to Customers.
Processing benefit payments and policy amendments on customers portfolio.
Handling all general queries.
Administering client information.
Performing general office functions.
Retain business and identify possible sales leads.
Accountable for service delivery through own efforts; and
Living the company values.
Namibian citizenship.
Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points.
Know Old Mutual Values.
A tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
Approximately 1 – 2 years customer experience.
Experience in the local vernacular will be an added benefit.
Ability to multi-task, solid administrative skills, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Customer focus and the ability to work with different personality types.
Well organised, attention to detail and a self-starter.
Excellent client-care skills.
Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint are essential.
Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional image.
