What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to heavy call volumes addressing clients' debit card and credit card needs and inquiries
- Process debit card and credit card maintenance requests including status changes and emergency card orders
- Assist with daily monitoring and maintenance of debit card temporary limit cases
- Submit debit card disputes upon client request and communicate any issues to leaders
- Serve as an escalation point for any debit card issues from Client Services or Retail Teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Minimum of 2 years in the financial services industry or a combination of relevant experience
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous debit or credit card experience preferred
- Proven accuracy and integrity of work
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers
