First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Client Service Officer to join the Trust Retirement Benefits Department. The Client Service Officer p rovides client service and operational support for the Trust Retirement Benefits Department (TRB) as well as supporting Relationship Officers with client servicing, account administration, and compliance-related activities. You will manage service requests, monitor transaction accuracy, and assist with annual reviews and client onboarding. In addition, this role will maintain current knowledge of ERISA and DOL regulations and participate in ongoing professional development. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a regulated environment.
CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $63,000 - $75,000/per year; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)
