- Provide daily status updates to clients via phone, email, memos, and e-faxes.
- Follow up with facilities to ensure timely records production through calls, emails, and reminders.
- Prepare and send service documents daily.
- Consult with clients and staff for request modifications.
- Review and process records based on subpoenas and authorizations.
- Manage payments and facilitate additional information requests.
- Notify parties of cancellations, reissues, or objections.
- Update order statuses in proprietary software.
- Work across different client areas based on coverage needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- Office experience desired.
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
- Data entry skills, 30-60 WPM.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-office).

Job Description
The Entry Level Customer Service Representative supports the records retrieval department by collecting medical records, radiology films, insurance documents, medical billing, and employment records for legal purposes. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Benefits include health, dental, vision, FSA, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401K plan.
