  VCA Schaumburg Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team full-time!

  In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing phone calls, scheduling, and check-ins while ensuring a seamless client and patient experience.

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Providing an excellent customer experience to every client that enters our facility. Includes greeting visitors, answering telephones, and assisting clients throughout their visit
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments and assisting with credit applications
  • Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on non-medical pet care
  • Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence

  • Assist with keeping facility clean and organized at all times

  Schedule: Full-time opportunities with rotating Saturdays.

  Compensation: Pay range is $16 - 25/ hr and is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.
