      Senior Client Service Representative

      The Senior Client Service Representative (Sr. CSR) serves as a primary contact for clients and internal operational teams. The Sr. CSR provides timely and accurate resolution of internal and client inquiries to ensure exceptional levels of client service are met. The individual focuses on the Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned client relationships. The Sr. CSR operates under less direction than the Client Service Representative and supports the guidance and training of newly hired, less experienced staff.

      The Senior Client Service Representative manage client and internal inquiries, liaise with clients on ongoing issues, and ensure inquiries are being handled by responsible teams in a timely manner. Perform reconciliations of accounting breaks (Cash, Past Due, Fund Accounting and Custody) as well as tax rate adjustments to provide oversight to the control environment. Perform daily due diligence to ensure that trades, corporate actions, and cash movements are processed accurately. Coordinate the execution of periodic fund events with appropriate internal departments. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements are completed accurately.

      Client Service

      Proactively respond to client inquiries on a daily basis

      Provide filtering and escalation for client inquiries

      Participate in scheduled client meetings as requested
      Assist in activities that support the measurement of Client Service Standards across the various products BBH provides to our clients.

      Work effectively with internal departments or third party providers to prioritize client requests, deliverables and issue resolution

      Execute reviews of internal reporting for assigned client relationships and escalate issues which may impact client servicing to the Client Service Supervisor

      Participate in team based project work and audits

      Technology Management

      Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries
      Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and products

      Risk and Control

      Where required, monitor receipt of all client documentation (tax, Accounting Elections, KYC, account information, authorized signers, etc.) and analyze exposure of missing documentation to BBH/client.

      Skills and Knowledge

      • BS/BA degree preferably in a business, finance, or accounting related concentration and/or equivalent work experience
      • 2 plus years of Financial Industry experience, Fund Accounting, Administration, Custody, ETF
      • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
      • Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs
      • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs
      • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline oriented environment
      • Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
      • In-depth knowledge and understanding of various securities options, accounting standards and ongoing regulatory changes required
      • Strong ability to apply analytical skills to data, workflows, numeric information, and problem solving
