      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day relationships with potential and existing clients, providing outstanding customer service
      - Handle in-house account management and serve as the first line of contact for medical provider clients
      - Identify and resolve service, billing, or patient complaints
      - Schedule and assist with in-service training for clinic personnel and ensure proper completion of requisitions
      - Compile and prepare marketing materials and follow up with clients on paperwork and scheduling requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school education or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business, Office Technology, or Lab Assistant preferred
      - One or more years of experience in a laboratory, client services, or medical physician’s office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in client services or medical office settings
      - Familiarity with laboratory operations and billing processes
