- Providing support to our Client Services team, the role will ensure efficient service delivery to our clients and customers.
- The successful candidate will collate and disseminate information within the department and to Productions and tenants.
- This role provides a link between the Client Services and Operations teams to deliver excellent production experience.
- Receiving, processing and issuing incoming queries to the relevant parties to ensure a quick and efficient resolution of queries.
- Provide timely responses to our clients on the progress of their query.
- Assist with coordinating and conduction visits, events and tours to the Studios.
- Filing and maintaining records for Client Services and Operations
- To assist the team in the daily operation of the Studios
- Meet requirements for all WBSL functions to create an effective running Studio facility.
- To ensure that a high level of presentation is maintained in all areas of the Studio site.
- Any other duties which are appropriate to the post.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and bookings systems
- Adhoc support for PA to SVP Studio Operations.
- Ensuring that mail is despatched in time for daily collections, and the sorting and distribution of incoming post.
- Monitoring of stationery supplies and ordering as required.
- Assist Client Services and Operations with distribution of site information to all relevant parties on-site accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work within the team to consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service to all on and off-site clients.
- Welcome visitors to the department and direct them as appropriate.
- To take incoming phone calls to the studio and direct them to the relevant personnel and take adequate notes to distribute information.
- Our apprenticeship positions are designed to be an alternative to university education, therefore we are only seeking applications from people who have not already graduated from university with a degree.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Ability to work pro-actively to aid the Department to ensure smooth running of the site.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to give clear and concise instructions.
- Good research skills and the ability to draw information from various sources.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and capable of working on own initiative.
- A positive and patient attitude.
- Experience of filing both hard and soft copy records and information in an effective manner would be beneficial.
- Previous experience of working within a fast based production environment is desirable (not essential).
- Salary: £20,500 p/a
- Contract Length: 18 months
- Start Date: 9th September 2024
- Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration

- Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a written questionnaire in HireVue. The deadline for this is Sunday 30th June.
- Stage 3: Final stage assessment centre will take place in July & August.
