Job Description

- Manages the RFP master library, content, and org charts of the clients' properties.
- Responsible for assisting with RFP PowerPoint deck & pitch deck.
- Planning of events such as quarterly TrendTalks, networking events and client appreciation events.
- Collaborates internally with different departments such as Marketing, Transitions, Asset Optimization, Operations & Procurement services to ensure updated sales collateral and display targeting.
- Work closely with the Communications department around newsletter management, press releases, and client communications.
- Support senior leadership across the company for RFP build out.
- Ownership of the Client Services page on the intranet for build out and management purposes.
- Streamline processes via tracking software such as SmartSheets, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Salesforce to ensure deadlines and projects are submitted.
- Assist with expense management for conferences and department events.
- Host RFP kickoff calls to assist with strategy, planning, and organization.
- Attend regional and national events to engage with internal team members.
- Create marketing and branding collateral for department events via PowerPoint & Canva.
- Bachelors’ degree preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communication.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with event planning preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, including senior leadership.
- Strong experience with PowerPoint.
- Experience with Google Suite, Excel, Word, Zoom and PDF.
- Ability to prepare and deliver business presentations to executive leadership and peers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills and abilities; high integrity.
