      Purpose: The Client Services Project Manager acts as a primary contact between Data Dimensions and assigned clients to maintain the relationship and management of their projects with overall responsibility for job profitability and client satisfaction while maintaining the confidentiality of client information and specific company information.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Manages project implementations using Data Dimensions defined IMPAQT methodologies and policies and procedures with the Sales Manager, Client, Third-Party Vendors, Client Services personnel, Operations, and all other departments involved within Data Dimensions as necessary.
      • Direct client project team and internal project team to assess client needs and establish specifications for client projects.
      • Leads documentation efforts for project specifications and ensuring such are disseminated to appropriate Data Dimensions’ departments.
      • Direct IT designated staff to ensure efficient set up of programs and infrastructure
      • Direct project team to establish test plans for internal and client testing phases to ensure compliance with client specifications.
      • Direct operations team members, and/or vendor coordinators for staffing, transition and training plans and execution of said plans.
      • Direct the technical department to set up communications for data delivery.
      • Direct client and internal teams to gather information for transition and work ramp up.
      • Direct quality management staff to establish project quality program and procedures.
      • Coordinates all billing information with finance and contracting departments to ensure proper items are invoiced.
      • Develops communications plans, governance structures, escalation procedures and facilitates communications between project teams both internal and external.
      • Ensure notes are taken and distributed at each meeting.
      • Maintain and facilitates lines of communication between clients and internal departments once projects have been implemented by facilitating investigation of issues relating to client applications to find origin of problem, determine appropriate course of action, and implement steps necessary to correct.
        • Direct team to implement client requested changes to project specifications.
        • Inform pricing department to determine any cost implications.
        • Ensure process instructions and documentation are maintained by appropriate departments and distributed accordingly.
        • Keep manager aware of the project status and follow established escalation procedures.
        • Keep sales manager updated of the project status under their responsibility.
      • Review job profitability by conducting periodic reviews of ongoing project processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, monitoring job costing reports on a monthly basis, directing with internal departments to modify processes to increase/add efficiency and monitoring invoicing for accuracy.
      • Assume role of company representative to clients in regard to sales once initial sale is made by keeping lines of communication open with client and sales manager as to new business opportunities, educating clients to new service offerings, directing with sales manager and contracting departments to ensure contracts are renewed on a timely basis and provide sales support by assisting with RFP responses or performing due diligence site reviews in the role of Subject Matter Expert.
      • Act as a mentor and support training of Client Services team members, and other staff.
      • Follow department standards for Network and E-mail file management.
      • Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.

      Qualification Requirements –

      To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

      • Must be at least 18 years of age.
      • Able to read, write and speak English.
      • Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
      • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university plus 2 years of experience or equivalent experience as a project manager and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Travel to client offices, vendor offices, Data Dimensions satellite offices as the need arises for client relations, project implementations.

      Certificates and Licenses:

      • No certificates or licenses needed.

      Computer Skills:

      • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
