What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive customer loyalty through educating users on product features and benefits
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Participate in an extensive training program to gain necessary knowledge
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries ranging from administrative tasks to technical healthcare questions
- Document customer interactions and provide excellent service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior healthcare, IT, or call center experience preferred
- Technical proficiency and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service focus and ability to manage multiple programs/tools
- Typing proficiency of 45+ words per minute
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in communication or technology
- Knowledge of EDI and/or ANSI 5010 X12
- Prior experience with Salesforce
- Bilingual proficiency
