What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consultative support by learning and applying best practices for DealCloud products and services
- Assist clients with training, platform configuration, workflow, and new processes
- Ensure client satisfaction by analyzing success metrics and promoting product adoption
- Deliver exceptional solution quality to enhance the client experience
- Collaborate with the Client Advisory team to improve adoption strategies for specific clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Client Success or Technical/Product Support experience is required
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite
- Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients
- Superior troubleshooting, evaluative, and technical problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Business-level proficiency in German would be a significant advantage
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks
