What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Client Service Point of Contact for a subset of clients, providing relationship management and technical support
- Collaborate with clients to offer guidance on system usage and adoption best practices
- Manage and resolve client cases, including diagnosing incidents and fulfilling service requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve incidents
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new colleagues and contribute to team knowledge sharing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2+ years of client technical support, implementation, and/or configuration experience
- Superior communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and SQL is a plus

- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and cloud-based platforms
