- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Management or Business Administration or one to three years’ equivalent work experience with demonstrated passion for customer service.
- Effective organizational, time management and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent business writing and presentation skills, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be flexible, team-oriented and committed to having a good time while contributing high quality work.
- Ability to display a sense of urgency, ownership and accountability.
- Experience with or course work focused on direct marketing, digital marketing and/or database development environment.
- Strong problem solving, decision-making skills with an emphasis on solution development.
- Ability to offer solutions that help improve day-to-day operations to support client success efforts.
- Experience or exposure to CRM database and similar business reporting software applications preferred.
- Ability to travel on behalf of the company as necessary.
- Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
- Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Client Success Associate (CS Associate) assists with Incentive, Employee Experience and Customer Solutions project planning and delivery, internal and client-facing meetings and communications, reporting and other project and program-related support tasks. The successful candidate will have experience with customer service skills, project management and marketing operations.
The CS Associate provides administrative and detail-oriented task support to Client Success Advisors and/or Managers to ensure clients’ needs are being met during new program builds, implementations, operations and renewal.
