Job Description

- Responsible for maintaining all client specific data in Salesforce for tracking purposes
- Manage all relevant action items, notes, and deliverables from client meetings and distribute appropriately after approval
- Assist with building, viewing, and quality checking all reporting to clients, such as Program Reviews and Quarterly Reports
- Build external facing presentations for kick off meetings, annual review meetings and any other customer / vendor meetings
- Work within CM systems for all reporting numbers
- Work collectively with marketing and assigned resource for program reviews to ensure all information is accurate and on time for delivery to client
- Attend all reporting discussions over the phone with client or attend in person as needed
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all branding and messaging meets the client’s needs and expectations
- Confirm mail file and eligibility file approval for the purposes of direct mail communications
- Assist with the management of the relationship for customers during implementation by outlining project plans, assigning duties and responsibilities, managing status updates, gathering all business requirements, and issuing escalation and risk mitigation when needed to ensure on-time deployment of services.
- Main point of contact on all vendor integration discussions and coordinate all internal key stakeholders
- Work with On-site Event manager to ensure all onsite and virtual dates are booked and communicated to client
- Monitor onsite & virtual event activity and evaluate activity year over year
- Responsible for tracking eligibility and confirming monthly numbers align with invoices
- Travel 25% of time for, but not limited to, customer meetings, trainings, onsite events
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Alight’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Alight for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Communications, and Health related fields or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in delivery of wellness, health promotion, health education, account management, and/or consulting or similar programs
- At least one-year experience in successfully managing wellness programs or project management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects/task simultaneously
- Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
- Ability to travel to customer organizations, conferences or professional development opportunities as needed
- Ability to work off normal business hours to meet customer needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
