Drive adoption of specific products and features within Phreesia solution, ensuring maximum client benefits
Grow revenue by identifying clients with add-on/upsell opportunities, followed by product demonstration, implementation, and ROI presentation
Master Phreesia’s technical product functionality to provide expert workflow consulting and develop client solutions
Partner with client executives and key business leaders to present Executive Business Reviews remotely or onsite
Proactively address client risks based on product usage trends and KPIs to minimize churn. Manage escalations, raising to senior leadership when appropriate
Advocate for clients while capturing client feedback and reporting and prioritizing requests to Product Management team
Coordinate internal account team effort and promote best practices with team members to continually improve quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of processes. Support and drive change management process and actively help to gain buy-in from peers on new initiatives
Bachelor's degree required , with 5+ years' experience in client success and/or account management
Experience generating sales opportunities and upselling to book of business
Ability to collaborate well with customers, including senior and executive level , to understand needs and develop custom solutions
Superior presentation, meeting facilitation, and influencing skills
Skilled at anticipating and solving problems, as well as prioritizing demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Role may require up to 25% travel following all current health and safety guidelines

Job Description:
We're looking for a confident, collaborative leader to join Phreesia as a Client Success Manager ! In this role, you'll contribute to our mission by optimizing a solution that best fits the needs of our clients, including primary care, single-specialty and multi-specialty practices, health systems, and hospitals. Utilize your sales and influencing skills by driving adoption and utilization of products, and growing revenue through upsell opportunities. Build strong client relationships to maintain high contract renewal rates and increase overall client satisfaction.
The Client Success Manager will collaborate with Phreesia teams, including Market Development, Support, Product Management, Client Services and Sales, to address customer issues, engage clients at all levels, and execute initiatives to maximize customer value. This role provides a high level of visibility within the organization, clear growth paths within the team, and interactions with clients virtually and/or on-site. If you're an organized, strong communicator with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit!

Base pay for US is $90,000 - $100,000, depending on qualifications. Phreesia is a fully remote company however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
