What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Support and Optimization teams to enhance the client experience for assigned clients
- Provide consultative guidance and support to clients throughout their lifecycle
- Evaluate customer utilization of Contract Manager and Claim Scrubber products to recommend best practices
- Collaborate with Relationship Manager on Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase client successes and ROI
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of the Statement of Work (SOW) for smooth client transitions post-implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare IT industry and healthcare revenue cycle
- 3+ years of experience in Payer Contract management
- 2+ years of experience with Experian Health’s Contract Manager and Claim Scrubber
- 2+ years of expertise in Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel occasionally (20%-25%) to client sites
- Familiarity with client relationship management best practices
