What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions training
- Update and create client reference materials
- Contribute to the development of client training programs
- Meet SLAs according to client service agreements
- Identify system gaps and problems and recommend changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 2-4 years relevant work experience (Preferred)
- Prior customer service or systems admin experience in a software product
- Experience with AWS, S3, IIS, Aginity, or Microsoft SQL Server (Preferred)
- Experience with medical claims or risk adjustment data (Preferred)
