What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Orchestrate seamless onboarding experiences for new plan sponsors to establish strong partnerships
- Manage HRIS/payroll integration processes, ensuring accurate data flow and system compatibility
- Drive employee plan adoption rates through strategic communication campaigns and educational initiatives
- Lead complex plan transfers from legacy providers, coordinating cross-functional teams and providing clients with updates
- Support clients with plan governance, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to build best-in-class client relationships with strong problem-solving skills and client empathy
- Superior time management, task prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
- Bilingual – fluent in both writing and speaking in French
- Experience in the Group Savings & Retirement / Pension industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in client success or account management roles within the financial services sector
- Familiarity with technology and innovation in financial services, including AI
