      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead retention, growth, and onboarding efforts for a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term success
      - Monitor client contractual obligations and proactively identify and mitigate risks
      - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and influencers
      - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategies that meet client requirements and enhance offerings
      - Manage day-to-day account activities, coordinating efforts with various internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a related discipline
      - 3+ years of direct account management experience with SMB and regional revenue clients
      - Background in consulting, wellness, health insurance, healthcare, navigation, or related field
      - Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office suite
      - Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight (Gainsight is preferred)
