What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or live chat
- Collaborate with fellow Client Success Representatives to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop a deep understanding of the employer's software platform and its relevance to digital marketing and eCommerce
- Proactively suggest improvements in website design and configuration to enhance customer success
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience in specialty retail and/or the bicycling industry preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of Google Suites, Google Merchant Center, and Google Shopping preferred

- Adaptability and flexibility with change
- Limited domestic travel may be a requirement
