What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively engage existing clients to improve retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with sales to enhance client outcomes and grow revenue
- Contact clients to collect headcounts, utilization, and enrollments related to their academic cycle
- Support sales with quote input, order status tracking, and ERP integration
- Maintain CRM system records and input service tickets for advanced tech issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of prior customer-related work experience
- Proven experience in customer experience management or a related field
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
