What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively engage existing clients to improve retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance client outcomes and grow revenue
- Manage client inquiries regarding academic cycles, headcounts, and enrollments
- Support sales activities, including quote input, order tracking, and maintaining CRM records
- Assist with client engagement efforts to build strong relationships and increase sales volume
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of prior customer-related work experience
- Proven experience in customer experience management or a related field
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
