Due to growth and customer demand, CommScope is looking to add a Client Success Specialist to our Customer Experience team, Outdoor Wireless Networks.
How You'll Help Us Connect The World
As a Client Success Specialist, you will manage multiple provisional transactions concurrent with standard and material quotations of varying size and scope, to include logistical and risk analysis support.
You will define measures to be addressed by NAR Customer Experience team.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
BA/BS Degree in related field and / or 3+ years of related experience
Proven experience with computer applications including PC-based business applications: i.e. SAP, MS Office, Business Objects
You Will Excite Us If You Have
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills with all associate and Management levels
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Prior experience supporting distribution partners
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit. The candidate should also be detail oriented and have a history and desire to drive efficiencies and process improvements (AI/bot experience)
