What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous development
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for team members on the bswift platform and best practices
- Monitor case metrics and review team performance for compliance and service quality
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or client support, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- 3+ years of experience working with the bswift platform
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in team coaching and mentoring
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM and case management tools (e.g., Zoho or similar)
- Certifications related to the bswift platform or willingness to obtain them
