      Client Support Analyst is responsible for providing clients application support to clients using the platform. Client Support Analyst will investigate, research, document and provide timely status updates and resolution to client’s inquiries.

      Client Support Analyst will be able to communicate and work within a team setting effectively as they will regularly interact with other teams within Broadridge such as, Product, Development, Technical Services and Operations departments to resolve issues.

      Key Job Functions/Responsibilities

      • Provide guidance to other team members in researching product issues and complex system queries

      • Determine appropriate action to resolve issues and forward recommendations both internally and to clients

      • Understand and mitigate the impact of application changes on business processes.

      • Research, document and accurately complete assigned Remedy tickets within designated timeline.

      Basic Skill Level Requirements

      Education:

      • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Business Administration

      • Canadian Securities Course

      Experience:

      • Minimum 2 years financial/brokerage industry experience

      • Tax Reporting industry experience

      Tools:

      • Working knowledge of the Dataphile suite of products would be an asset

      • Knowledge of accounting software packages for brokerage firms, order management systems and portfolio systems would be an asset

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft products

      • Knowledge of MS Access, SQL and/or OpenEdge ABL (PROGRESS) would be an asset

      • Experience with Remedy/BR Track would be an asset

      • Business skills: Financial/Brokerage experience

      Personal Skills:

      • Strong organizational skills while being detail-oriented

      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal supervision

      • Ability to multi-task and quickly adjust focus based on changing priorities

      • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

      • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

      Recruitment Process

      • Salary Range : $55,000 – $65,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
