What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute tasks as directed by the Client Care Manager
- Collaborate with internal client champion(s) to define project success criteria
- Work with end users and stakeholders to define application behavior and technical specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement changes in the Solarity environment
- Design and execute acceptance, full system, and regression testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, software support, or related Solarity experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new technology
- Ability to self-organize and achieve goals with limited supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio
- Basic understanding of maintaining application configuration files, HTML, XML, Lua programming language, HL7 interface
- Associate or professional certification in a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visio or diagramming tool
- Background in healthcare information technology
